Our steel
What bar sizes do you supply?
Y8, Y10, Y12, Y16, Y20, Y25 and Y32 high tensile rebar.
Is your steel SANS 282 compliant?
Yes. All our rebar is cut and bent to SANS 282.
Do you cut and bend to my schedule?
Yes. Send us your bending schedule and we prepare every bar in our yard, ready for site.
Do you keep working during power cuts?
Yes. Our Mossel Bay yard runs on solar power, completely off grid.
Quotes and orders
What do I need to get a quote?
A bending schedule is best. If you only have drawings, send those and we will help.
How quickly can I get a quote?
Within one working day.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Very small orders are delivered on the next truck going in that direction.
Delivery and collection
Do you deliver?
Yes, on our own fleet of 7 trucks with cranes and 2 bakkies for lightweight deliveries.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Mossel Bay, George, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Oudtshoorn, Calitzdorp, Ladismith, Albertinia, Riversdal, Stilbaai, Witsand and Swellendam, and further afield on request. See Areas We Serve.
What is your lead time?
Delivery is usually within one to two working days.
What does delivery cost?
Please speak to our team about delivery to your site.
Can I collect from the yard?
Yes. Collections are from 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, and until 13:00 on Fridays. Weekend collections are by special arrangement.
Accounts and payment
Can I open a credit account?
Yes. Apply through Client Registration. Approval can take up to a week.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is by EFT. Cash clients pay before cutting starts.
Can I return steel?
We will consider returns of unused straight lengths.
